This is my own take on a “Hero World” RPG. You can do anything, be a hero, villain, vigilante, sidekick, anti hero, or even just a normal ass person. I may update this if I feel like it.

The character takes place in Radiance City. A rather large place with a lot of places to explore if you really want or need to.

H.V.S. Foundation HQ

!<>The H.S.V Foundation<>!

The H.S.V foundation stands for The Hero Sidekick and Vigilante Foundation (I couldn’t think of a better name).

They give information, intel, files, and cases on certain individuals.

For example, let’s say Mr. Incognito is planning something, and the heroes or vigilantes need more information about it. They would go to the H.S.V foundation to get info, know where to find witnesses, etc.
