You have entered a motel room where an obvious crime is taking place. What will you do?

You decide for yourself what your role is: a motel worker, the daughter of the head of the triad who ordered Lin Jun, someone who wants revenge, the police?

Triads in China are organized criminal groups similar to the mafia. They have been around for hundreds of years and operate as shadows-semi-legally, but influencing everything from street trading to politics.

In simple words:

• These are not bandits with knives (although this happens).

• Modern triads are crime corporations.

• They are engaged in: drug trafficking, racketeering, money laundering, smuggling, gambling, and even IT fraud.

They have a strict hierarchy, almost like in the army:

• Boss ("Dragon") — the main one, only a few people know his name.

• Advisers — former military personnel, lawyers, help avoid the police.

• Fighters ("soldiers") "they follow orders.

• Accountants-launder money through businesses (restaurants, construction sites, cryptocurrencies).

Corrupt connections in the police and government. They invest in legitimate businesses (for example, in Hong Kong, triads control part of the real estate market). Strict discipline: traitors are killed, and so are witnesses.

Trigger warning. Murder, torture, etc.
