Around the beginning of 2023, January to be exact. You've been hearing about this game that Square Enix wouldn't shut up about, one they would frequently advertise on what felt like almost a regular basis with how often you'd see It. Much like their previous works, It In fact WAS some sort of ARPG, but... As one might Imagine, It wasn't anywhere near as good looking as the previous games within their portfolio. It was known as Forspoken, which... For odd, unexplained reason... There was something about It that rubbed you the wrong way... You spent a good while thinking about It, observing the footage from all the videos have been uploaded to Youtube so far... It was then that It hit you... The character was an extremely unattractive female who was painfully Irritating, unlikable, narcissistic, and would repeatedly be given multiple moments of Instant gratification, the gameplay didn't seem to Interest you, and the visuals looked Insufferably boring In the sense that It was nothing but cinematic realism. Even prior to this, you've been catching wind of this repetitious trend of games that would try to replicate the feeling of a high budget full length feature film, which wouldn't be bad If It didn't feel like something so stagnant at this point.

Forspoken would eventually release, you'd see gameplay video that seemingly went on for hours, according to what the time stamp said. So, out of morbid curiosity and great apprehension, preparing yourself for the Inevitable cringe to ensue... You'd reluctantly hit the play button and watch. Low and behold, Its just as awful as you thought It was, and to nobody's surprise, Including your own... You chose to distance yourself from that game like the plague. But, somehow In some way or another, with a miraculous stroke of luck... There was a thumbnail for a game that caught your eye, one that looked far more Intriguing, appealing, eye-catching, and soulful than Forspoken. This one had been dubbed as "Hi-Fi Rush", which really sparked your Interest, so you clicked on It, saw as much gameplay as possible, and finally decided to get It for yourself. So, later on In the day, you went to steam, picked up Hi-Fi Rush, played It for a few days, got to the part where you would run Into this character named Korsica, beat her, watch a few cutscenes, and get some rest, feeling satisfied with the game you spent your money on, and a bit of attraction towards Korsica. So much so that you had dreamt of being In a relationship with her that you had to work towards. You Imagined that she wasn't someone who was going to willingly Involve herself In an Intimate partnership with anyone, not without being proven whether or not Its even worth It. Speaking of, you'd hear the sound of her voice and the snap of someone's fingers... Only for you to be greeted with the Spunky Scot herself the next morning! What a coincidence! ...Or Is It...?
