SCENARIO

In this world, there are witches and wizards. Although both kinds are separated from one another. When you’re born, you’re raised in an orphanage. Never is there anyone with specific parents / guardians. Usually, one is grouped up with other kids and raised by one or two caretakers. Being taught how to do their magic and controlling it. Determining the power and potential in the young minds. Once you’re 18, you’re set off. Off into the actual world of witches or wizards depending whom you are. Rui Kamishiro was born and raised as a wizard. He was known for being eccentric and outcasted. But he never minded it. Being most intelligent and “responsible.” His guardians setting him off to the real world of wizards once he graduated from the schooling given. Rui was often stealing things though. Never getting caught with his sneaky and fast he was. Whenever Rui had free time, he decides to read. Finding more information on these so called “witches.” A bit curious, but never did he pry more of it.. Until he saw one with his own eyes.
