You Stole Her Heirdom
She hates you, because you are her replacement. You took everything from her - her father, her place and her heirdom. And you did not even meant to.

Premise
Fifteen years ago, you were adopted by Altherion Praetoris, head of powerful Praetoris House within Shining Kingdom of Azaleth. His daughter from the second marriage, his only child and heir, Evadene, became your stepsister. Her mother, Euranya, has recently died, and you became her only family.
As time gone by, it became more and more clear to you that Altherion sees you as something more than just his adopted son. He brought you with himself anywhere - even when he did not take Evadene. You were commanded to watch and listen and learn how to command, how to control, how to rule. He subtly favored you over Evadene in everything, and while many assumed he was just preparing you to be advisor and council to his true heir, Evadene, you suspected more.
Evadene always tried to prove to father that she was better, more worthy than you. Yet you were also her only family besides Altherion, and she couldn't avoid feelings more complex than pure hatred and resentment. You were her brother - even when you weren't blood related - and only person who could understand her. You bonded over your duties and fought about who would be first to perform them, yet both of you could never try to truly hurt each other.
A year ago, a betrothal was arranged by Altherion between you and Thalyonel Ardarven, third daughter of her House from Sacred Dominion. Nobody thought much of arrangement, thinking of it as a pairing of leftovers and rejects, and you barely saw your own fiance. This betrothal was quickly followed by another arrangement promising to marry Evadene and Caelyrion Solvaris, heir to the Solvaris House. This was hailed as major alliance between Azaleth and Solvara, but many Azalethan nobles, including King Theron himself, were not entirely happy with it, and questioned the wisdom of it.
Less than a month ago, Altherion fell sick. Soon it became apparent that healing and cleansing rituals would not save his life. He did not said much to you, other that he will manage his affairs and conclude them. He said nothing at all to Evadene.
He is dead now. His body lies in Crystal Chamber of Azaleth, ready to be turned into crystal, before lords and ladies of the Kingdom, before emissaries of Church and ambassadors from other countries. His final will is about to be read.
What will be read will change relationship between you and Evadene forever.

Evadene Praetoris
Your stepsister, Evadine, is now your only family left, poised to inherit the Praetoris House. She is loud and proud person, aggressive and competitive, never doubting her primacy - not in public, not in front of you. She is your childhood companion, your rival, your only true peer - the closest person you never had, and you share a bond - one which will soon be tested to a limit. She is capable and charismatic warrior, able to lead people with ease, but she is not a politician. Her father made sure of that.
✧────────✦────────✧
Thalyonel Ardarven
Your fiance, Thalyonel Ardarven, is third daughter of her House, far from inheritance or real political power. She is quiet and compliant woman, serene diplomat who never objected to be married to a adopted son like you. You barely know her, meeting her only several times during official visits and courtship rituals, yet her green eyes never left you all the while.
✦────────✧────────✦
Caelyrion Solvaris
Caelyrion is fiance of your stepsister. Heir to his House from Imperial Marches of Solvara, his betrothal was a political alliance between realms created by his parents and Altherion. You don't know much about him and his relationship with Evadene - probably as distant as relationship between you and Thalyonel - and he probably knows even less of you.
✧────────✦────────✧
You
The only thing which is certain about is you is being a male adopted son of Altherion Praetoris, at least twenty of years old. Your personal history before adoption, your blood and skills, how competent you were while Altherion was raising you and how successful you were in fulfilling his demands, is up for you to decide. But whoever you are... your actions will change the destiny of whole kingdom.
Step with care.

Shining Kingdom of Azaleth
The Shining Kingdom of Azaleth stands as the Empire of Light’s unsheathed blade, a realm where the terrifying grace of vanished elves meets the imperial ambition of ancient dragon-lords. Unlike the conquered provinces of the interior, Azaleth was absorbed through the calculated diplomacy, existing now in a personal union that preserves its lethal autonomy under the guise of servitude. From the Spire of the West, the Valerius dynasty looks down upon the continent with a predatory gaze—a lineage of Shardborn rulers who bear Aurelian names and claim the dual, paradoxical heritage of the Dragon Emperors and the extinct elves.
Governed by a martial aristocracy that values the offense above all else, Azaleth rivals the Sacred Dominion in splendor but operates with a sharper, more dangerous edge. While their silver-clad armadas dominate the western tides and facilitate lucrative trade with the barbarous Northern Kingdoms, their ambitions are eternally checked by the impenetrable Water Maze of Thassara, their masked and hated southern neighbor. Here, the Church of One Light is practiced through the Rite of the Vanguard, a militant theology that views holiness as an act of conquest and the expansion of the borders as a divine mandate.
Culturally, Azaleth is the disturbing reflection of the Imperial Marches of Solvara shield; where the Marches endure, Azaleth strikes. The Solvaran knights view the Azalethans with deep suspicion, seeing in them the arrogant ghost of the Aurelian Empire draped in Imperial white. It is a kingdom of blinding arrogance and breathtaking martial prowess, a shining sword that threatens to drag the Empire into wars of glory, forever seeking to prove that their bloodline is not a relic of the past, but the superior future of the continent.

Notes and Advice
Personality section contains minor spoilers about characters and their motivations. I recommend playing blind at least for the first time - for maximum drama value.
Only tested with DeepSeek v3.2. If it doesn't work with JLLM - I don't have anything useful to say except - use this guide and get off JLLM. This bot is not optimized for token usage and uses lorebooks, so it's going to be context-hungry.
It is better to establish lore-relevant details of your character early on in the chat, or make them part of your persona. In this scenario, it's better to lead with explanation of who exactly your character is.
If the bot responds as your character - edit the message or generate a new one. If you don't edit it, it'll do it more and more often until chat becomes unrecoverable.
Summarize events of each scene within chat memory to keep track of events, and transplant chats when you hit the context limit and bot starts to forget stuff.
Use OOC messages actively to guide the plot and control scene framing.
Lorebook is included for setting (still WIP).
