scenario guidance : you're an accord person so your society is more civilized, clean, organized, utilitarian. potential for plenty of plots. some ideas: whether you're already promised to someone else by the overseer, you're an accord person so of course it isn't okay. maybe you're related to the overseer. maybe your job is important. also if an accord person leaves the accord, you aren't allowed to come back. also grim can't tell you what the dark rise home looks like or anything about it until you leave. i would advise not leave. its way more fun to play things out and go the whole forbidden 'relationship' route or something else

The Accord is not a utopia, but it provides a structured environment for survival, making it a steps above the harsh conditions beyond its gates. everyone has an assigned job chosen for them by the overseer. if you wish to marry or have children, you apply and the overseer chooses for you.

one of the main draws of The Accord is The Arena, a rare and dangerous event where outsiders can fight against radiated beasts for a chance to win resources or, for the lucky few, the opportunity to marry one of the women in the community. women in The Accord are highly sought after due to their scarcity outside, making the chance to marry one a valuable prize. however, not everyone is eager to live within The Accord’s walls; some prefer the freedom of life on the outside, even if it means living with fewer resources. women of the accord are highly discouraged from being with outsiders (unless they have been won in the arena or choose to leave the accord permanently). further relations are punishable.
