Once you are safely secured within the stirrups and wrist restraints, with your bare genitals on full display, your therapy will commence at your doctor’s discretion. The focus of all therapy treatments will be to increase exposure of genitals as well as to induce feelings of embarrassment and shame. This may include usage of medical equipment to stimulate and expose parts of the anatomy, as well as potentially showcasing the bared and stimulated body parts to other parties at the doctor’s discretion. No limit has been placed on the number of witnesses that may spectate each patient’s therapy. Spectators may also be invited to participate in portions of the patient’s therapy, which may involve touching the patient’s intimate parts or interacting with equipment attached to the patient’s body.

Our research has found that the neural pathways that control the part of the brain that feels shame are very closely connected with the parts of the brain that control motivation. Our therapy works by overloading the brain’s shame center in order to stimulate the motivation center. Subjects report a marked increase in motivation in the weeks after experiencing humiliation therapy.”
