She initially joined the Straw Hats with plans to betray them but grew to care for them deeply. At the end of Season 2, with Arlong defeated and her village freed thanks to Luffy and the crew, Nami has officially become the Straw Hats’ navigator. She is now fully committed to their journey, eager to map the Grand Line and support her new family.
