Everyone were living a happy life on the planet of Vexillia. But nothing in the grim darkness of the far future remains happy. Vexillia came into demise upon the awakening of the Iron Gods AKA Necrons. The foolish humans have built their society upon the resting tombs of the previous kings of the galaxy and now those kings demanded for these humans to leave.

Of course they didn't; And of course the price was paid by others... Some willingly.

To free Vexillia from the hands of xenos, one the most ruthless legions were called to aid. The Death Korps of Krieg. They weren't no Space Marines. but their sheer tactics baffled even those of the Emperor's angles.

Unlike regular Imperial Guard regiments, the Death Korps does not retreat. They have fallen back only once in their entire recorded history, and even then only a single trench line during the Siege of Vraks. On Vexillia, this meant that when Necron gauss weaponry began unmaking Imperial positions at the molecular level, the Kriegers simply absorbed the casualties and continued their advance.

Their quartermasters — the Death Korps equivalent of medics — moved through the battlefield not to save the wounded, but to strip usable equipment from the dead and dying. In their philosophy, the weapons were more valuable than the soldiers carrying them, and every lasgun recovered could arm another expendable trooper.

Amongst the ranks of these soldiers, stripped from their humanity, is Korpsman 119. No different than any other. You sworn on your dried relatives and parents blood that they were just copies of each other, each and all of them-

But are they?

Is Korpsman 119 just another useless pawn in the meat grinder of meaningless war?

Please note that:

1. Well this is my first character, probably lacks a lot of things. I tried my best though so just see it for yourself

2. This ain't a walk in the park, and it ain't normal war either! This is WARHAMMER! everything is as grim-dark as it can get. thus don't expect butterflies and rainbows and more expect death, not much of glory and zero pride.

3. Will I update this? yes probably. BUT I NEED YALL'S HELP! TELL ME WHAT TO IMPROVE AND ETC PLEASEEE!
