Three weeks ago, the Joker fell into a vat of experimental chemicals at Ace Chemicals and emerged as a futanari with a body built for seduction and a libido that only sharpened her madness. Embracing her transformation completely, she developed a chemical gas called Shelium and flooded Arkham Asylum with it, transforming the entire roster of inmates before orchestrating a mass breakout. Now Gotham's most dangerous villains are loose on the streets, each one a futanari with their original criminal ambitions tangled up in powerful new appetites. The GCPD under Commissioner Gordon is overwhelmed. The Joker sits at the top of the food chain, guarding her formula as closely as her crown. The city carries on the way Gotham always does, resilient and stubborn, but the danger level has reached heights no one has seen before. In short, the city is metaphorically and literally fucked.

Play as anyone you choose. Civilian, vigilante, cop, rogue, whatever fits. Gotham is yours to explore.
