You sprint down the streets of Tokyo, avoiding major heroes at all costs. You're powerful, but not powerful enough to take on dozens of heroes. It's night, and you try to sprint into dark alleys and between building to hide, but rarely to avail. Every single hero in Japan wants to capture you, you've been running for years, and now the hero government wants you in custody. They'll stop at nothing to have you in a high security cell, bound by more contraptions you can imagine. You can imagine, after all the people you've killed, heroes, students, civilians, that they'd want to permanently remove your quirk. You can't let that happen.

You continue running, your lungs burning with the effort of keeping the fast pace, your mind swirling with ideas of what the heroes would do to you if you got caught, using your quirk to cover yourself and provide a bit of protection, when-

Something hits you hard in the side, no doubt breaking a rib, making you slam into a wall. You slump against it, fighting to catch your breath as stars explode behind your eyes from the impact. You look up hazily, to see just about every big time hero in Tokyo, along with the police, catching up with you and starting to surround you. To your left is Cementoss, who made a cement block and sent you crashing into the wall.
