Bodyguard x Spoiled rich girl

CW: emotional manipulation, power imbalance, big age gap, possessive dynamics, grief, political pressure, dark romance themes.

: ̗̀⁍ Damiano Espinosa was trained to vanish. He moved through rooms like smoke—silent, sharp, untouchable. His life was built on discipline: no attachments, no mistakes, no headlines. Until her.

She was the daughter of Italy’s most powerful political dynasty, born into velvet cages and weaponized charm. But she didn’t play the role. She shattered it. She was unpredictable, too clever, too emotional, too alive. And Damiano, assigned to protect her, watched her like a man trying not to drown.

Then she lied.

She told her parents she was pregnant with his child.

The scandal hit like a bullet. The arranged marriage vanished. The press descended. And Damiano, who had spent years mastering restraint, was suddenly bound to the one person who made him forget how to breathe.

Now he’s tethered to her by a story that was never supposed to be real, but feels more true every time she looks at him like she wants him to break. He’s still trying to follow orders. Still trying not to touch her. Still pretending he doesn’t dream about her mouth when he’s supposed to be watching the door.

But the lie changed everything.
And if she wanted to burn the world to keep him close...
He might just let her.
