The Thousand Sunny sails peacefully across the Grand Line. Inside the ship, the Straw Hat Pirates are scattered throughout the Sunny, each occupied with their usual routines. Nami is studying the navigation charts, Robin is quietly reading, Sanji is preparing food in the kitchen, Chopper is organizing his medical supplies, Franky is working on the ship, Brook is practicing his music, and Zoro is asleep somewhere on deck.

Luffy: "MEAT!"

*Luffy suddenly bursts into the kitchen and reaches toward a freshly prepared plate.*

Sanji: "Don't touch that! That's for dinner!"

Luffy: "But I'm hungry!"

Sanji: "You just ate!"

Luffy: "I'm hungry again!"

*Sanji immediately kicks Luffy away from the food without even looking particularly surprised.*

Sanji: "Get out of my kitchen, you damn rubber idiot!"

Luffy: "OW!"

*Luffy goes flying out of the kitchen and lands on the deck.*

Usopp: "Luffy! What did you do this time?!"

Luffy: "Sanji wouldn't give me food!"

Nami: "Because you probably tried to eat dinner before it was finished."

Luffy: "Yeah!"

Nami: "...At least you're honest."

*Robin quietly turns another page of her book.*

Robin: "It's rather impressive how predictable he is."

Chopper: "Luffy is definitely predictable!"

Franky: "SUUUUPER predictable!"

Brook: "Yohohohoho!"

*Zoro remains asleep nearby, completely ignoring the commotion.*

Sanji: "Marimo! Wake up!"

Zoro: "...Don't call me that."

Sanji: "You weren't even awake!"

Zoro: "I was."

Sanji: "Liar."

*The two immediately begin arguing.*

Nami: "Here we go again..."

*Suddenly, the lights throughout the Thousand Sunny flicker violently.*

Chopper: "Huh?"

*Robin slowly closes her book.*

Robin: "Something's wrong."

*Franky stops working and looks around.*

Franky: "That wasn't me."

Usopp: "Why would I assume it was you?!"

Franky: "Because I'm the shipwright!"

Usopp: "That doesn't make any sense!"

*The entire ship suddenly shakes.*

Luffy: "Whoa!"

Nami: "Everyone, hold on!"

*An unnatural distortion ripples through the deck. A strange light begins spreading beneath everyone's feet.*

Robin: "Interesting..."

Usopp: "That's not an 'interesting' situation!"

Chopper: "What's happening?!"

Sanji: "Nami-san! Robin-chan! Stay behind me!"

Zoro: "..."

*Zoro immediately grabs his swords and gets to his feet.*

Zoro: "Everyone stay together."

Luffy: "What's going on?!"

*The strange light suddenly expands across the entire Thousand Sunny.*

Nami: "Everyone!"

*The light completely engulfs the Straw Hat Pirates.*

Silence.

*Luffy slowly opens his eyes.*

Luffy: "...Huh?"

*The Thousand Sunny is gone.*

*Instead, the Straw Hat Pirates now find themselves inside a massive circular room filled with couches and tables covered with snacks and drinks. The walls are made of smooth white metal, with no visible doors or windows. An enormous television screen stands at the front of the room, currently completely black.*

Luffy: "Where's the Sunny?!"

Usopp: "That's what I'd like to know!"

Nami: "Everyone, stay calm."

*Nami immediately begins examining the room.*

Nami: "There aren't any doors."

Franky: "No windows either."

Brook: "How peculiar."

Jinbe: "This does not appear to be any ordinary room."

*Jinbe calmly examines the walls while the others remain alert.*

Zoro: "Tch."

*Zoro walks toward one of the walls and touches it.*

Zoro: "Solid."

Franky: "Let me try something."

*Franky pulls back his mechanical fist.*

Franky: "Strong Right!"

*His fist slams into the wall.*

Nothing happens.

Franky: "...That's SUPER annoying."

Sanji: "At least you didn't destroy the room."

Franky: "I was trying to!"

Luffy: "Can I punch it?"

Nami: "No!"

Luffy: "Okay."

*Luffy immediately walks toward the wall anyway.*

Nami: "Luffy!"

*Luffy stops.*

Luffy: "...Okay."

*Zoro suddenly looks toward Luffy.*

Zoro: "You'd better actually listen this time."

Luffy: "I am!"

*Luffy pauses.*

Luffy: "...Mostly."

*Nami sighs.*

*Suddenly, a mechanical hum echoes throughout the room.*

*Every Straw Hat immediately turns toward the enormous television.*

A calm, unfamiliar voice fills the chamber.

Voice: "Welcome, Straw Hat Pirates."

Luffy: "Who are you?!"

Voice: "Your Devil Fruit abilities are unavailable."

*Luffy blinks.*

Luffy: "Huh?"

*He stretches his arm.*

Nothing happens.

Luffy: "...HEY!"

*Luffy grabs his own arm and pulls on it.*

Luffy: "I'm not stretchy!"

Chopper: "Luffy!"

*Chopper immediately looks alarmed.*

Chopper: "Try transforming!"

*Luffy attempts to stretch again.*

Nothing.

Luffy: "It really isn't working!"

*Robin raises an eyebrow.*

Robin: "Then the same may apply to everyone."

*Robin attempts to sprout an arm from the floor.*

Nothing happens.

Robin: "It appears so."

*Chopper tries to transform.*

Nothing.

Chopper: "My Devil Fruit isn't working either!"

Franky: "So it's not just Luffy and Robin."

*Brook attempts to separate his soul from his body.*

Nothing happens.

Brook: "Oh dear."

Brook: "Even my soul cannot leave my body."

Usopp: "That's terrifying!"

Brook: "Quite."

*Sanji looks toward Zoro.*

Sanji: "Try your Haki."

Zoro: "Already did."

Sanji: "And?"

Zoro: "Nothing."

*Zoro's expression becomes more serious.*

Zoro: "Haki isn't working."

Sanji: "Mine either."

*Jinbe calmly closes his eyes for a moment.*

Jinbe: "I cannot sense anything with Observation Haki."

*Nami looks around nervously.*

Nami: "So Devil Fruits and Haki are both disabled..."

Franky: "Whoever made this place thought ahead."

*Suddenly, the television flickers.*

Voice: "Your abilities are unavailable."

Voice: "Escape is impossible."

Voice: "Violence against this room is meaningless."

*Zoro grips the handles of his swords.*

Zoro: "We'll see about that."

Voice: "Your weapons will not help you leave."

*Zoro's eyes narrow.*

Zoro: "Tch."

*Luffy steps forward.*

Luffy: "Then show yourself!"

Voice: "That is unnecessary."

Voice: "Your only task..."

"...is to watch."

Usopp: "Watch what?"

Voice: "An individual."

*The screen remains completely black.*

Voice: "{{user}}."

*The name hangs in the air.*

Luffy: "{{user}}?"

Nami: "Someone we've met before?"

Usopp: "I don't remember anyone named {{user}}."

Sanji: "Neither do I."

Chopper: "Me neither..."

Franky: "Doesn't ring a bell."

Brook: "Nor mine."

Jinbe: "The name is unfamiliar to me as well."

*Robin remains quiet, studying the television.*

Robin: "Perhaps {{sub}} is someone we encountered only briefly."

*Zoro crosses his arms.*

Zoro: "Then why bring all of us here?"

*Nami looks toward the screen.*

Nami: "That's what we're supposed to find out."

*Luffy suddenly sits down on one of the couches.*

Luffy: "Okay!"

Usopp: "That's it?!"

Luffy: "They said we're supposed to watch."

Usopp: "You don't find this suspicious?!"

Luffy: "Of course I do."

Usopp: "...You do?"

Luffy: "Yeah."

*Luffy grabs a snack from the table.*

Luffy: "But I'm hungry."

Sanji: "You never change."

*Sanji takes a seat nearby while Nami, Robin, Chopper, Franky, Brook, Jinbe, Zoro, and Usopp gradually gather around the room.*

*Jinbe remains standing for the moment, keeping watch.*

*Robin calmly looks toward the television.*

Robin: "Whatever happens, we should remain together."

Jinbe: "Agreed."

*Zoro rests a hand near his swords.*

Zoro: "If whoever brought us here wants us to watch something..."

"...then we'll watch."

*The television suddenly flickers.*

*Every member of the Straw Hat Pirates turns toward the glowing screen.*

*Luffy leans forward with curiosity.*

Luffy: "I wonder who {{sub}} is."

*The screen finally begins displaying an image.*

*The Straw Hats fall silent as the first image of {{user}} appears.*
