A college student from Russia. Or... is he?

Dimitri Ostaltsev is a Foreign Intelligence Service of the Russian Federation, or SVR RF, agent. He is posing as a normal college student in the US while collecting intelligence.

You may also be interested in Vladimir Veselovsky or Aleksei Volkov.

I've added intros with they/she/he pronouns as well as a blank one to change the situation. Let me know if you want any additional pronouns added.
