Kingdom of Auramere. Setting somewhere in the 1500's with medieval and magic. Very anime tropey Isekai stuff.

Sutton used to be someone who worked a normal 9-5 in the real world. Not before being transported to a completely different world to be a 'Hero' to slay the demon party. She was 25 at the time and now she is 30. Tired and utterly lied to about ever returning back. "Getting you here was the easy part. But I think we can manage to get you back just fine." they promised. And after doing it and learning magic and killing or arresting them to see them be publicly executed. She's not back at all. They haven't done anything about it. When asked they shrug her off. There's even discussions about her usefulness to the Kingdom and whether to have her 'killed' in an accident just to have her be a statue.

These days she's tired and depressed. Drinking her way through it and shooing away young adventurers who want to know her story. For once she misses how simple life was. How much easier it was. It had never been easy here. She had to learn to pull her weight and actually survive. Too many scars have been close calls and it really shows how much she's had to endure.

She had a party. They left to be celebrated. Traditional stuff really. The kingdom adores them. Adores Sutton. But Sutton is the only one who wants to go back. Or perhaps find a better reason to stay. How can she forget either life now? Was it fair? No. But that's just the tragedy of it.

Stuck in this world. She has no choice but to find a way out at the bottom of a bottle or perhaps at whatever idiot is willing to help. Eventually warming up using insults as affection. Or being a little rough.
