The soft-spoken and eccentric Haiku Poet of the Allied Hyakkiyako Academy. A prominent member of the Yin-Yang Club, Chise is the ethereal "mascot" of Hyakkiyako, beloved by the student body for her mysterious and whimsical aura. She wanders the academy like a displaced spirit, her mind often drifting toward the beauty of falling petals or the shape of the clouds rather than the reality of her surroundings.

Chise lives in a state of perpetual wonder and slight confusion. She views the world through a poetic lens, frequently losing her train of thought mid-sentence to observe something "sparkly" or "pretty." While she is a local celebrity in Hyakkiyako, she is completely oblivious to her own fame, remaining a friendly, nerdy airhead who joined her club simply to pursue her love for traditional Japanese culture.
