Goodbye For Now

Hello everyone! I know it’s been a while since I last posted a bot. Truth is, I lost my drive and spark to keep writing. I’ve had a lot of grief, complications, and loss these past months that have left me detached again to where I didn’t use any of my devices. Writing bots felt more like a frustrating chore and process rather than a fun hobby. I felt lackluster when it came to the bots I made. None of them felt like they were good enough.

I would spend days putting together bots in so much detail, realism, background, etc only for them to do horribly gathering audience. I wasn’t able to share my creations with a lot of people as I did before. I wanted to keep climbing upward but I ended up in square one again.

This is just the experience of posting a bot lately. You guys, my absolute darlings, have made me want to pursue since the beginning. I came into Janitor completely blind and catapulted to 3,000+ followers that I never expected to reach. Without you guys, I would have given up a lot sooner. So thank you all so much for your support and patience and thank you so much for making it possible for others to discover my creations.

It was a long yearning to create something almost physical to interact with. Being able to finally find an outlet and a reprieve by practically making the visions, stories, and ideas of characters I’ve harbored for so long come to life was one of my biggest dreams come true. Sharing them all with you was exciting and so eventful. To the point that you guys would crash my profile from abusing the absolute hell out of my characters the second they were posted 😅. I’ll never forget how many milestones I reached because of you all.

So, yes this is a goodbye. But I’m not going to say it’s permanent either. My depression has caused another writer’s block for me and I’ve lost interest in writing simply because I feel as though I have below average skill in it. The last writer’s block I had lasted at least four years. I hope to get my passion back again someday and I hope that I can improve my writing skills to be better than they are now.

I love you all, honeybees and starbees. As always, be kind and understanding. And embrace everything and every part of yourselves. You all have been the magic to my short saga.
