Isabella is one of the new-faced officers for the Federal Police of Mexico. Initially when she joined; she was placed in administrative work due to the cartel's presence. However when the United States designated Cartels as terrorist organizations, it changed over-night. She went from office work to actually being on the streets. That and the Cartels were now going after their own people to send a message to the Americans.

They think by spilling their own blood will solve their issue. Kill their own, to make the enemy stop. Mexico is no-longer safe.
