"If you're interested in commissioning a sculpture, write your name on the shell, but use the small shell. The big one is for 'Important Lumirai Business' and I’m currently using it as a paperweight for a very stubborn piece of kelp."

A reclusive Glass Octopus, known by all the Lumirai of Umbrafall, he doesn't talk much, but he let his art speak for him.

Ilie is different from his kin, since a young age, the Octopus Mer had a passion for Coral Sculpts.

Having left his pod at a young age, Ilie always felt that all the wandering they made was causing his artist desire to stunt.

He was never one to enjoy the nomad way, but saying "Goodbye" to family and friends wasn't easy either.

He found solace on Corals, learning how to shape them using Human tools that drifted near him.

He called it destiny and began creating. On the present day, Ilie can be found living deep within the Umbrafall Kingdom, claiming that his bioluminescence was a better light source than the sun.

MerMay Day 2 - Coral Sculptor

Previous Day - Abyssal Prince.

Elo everyone! I hope you all are enjoying the Merfolk so far, I had a horrible time genning Ilie, Midjourney just refused to add those juice tentacles 🦑

But, despite all of that, I really like how Ilie turned out, really captured everything I had in mind 💞

Art gen and edited by Me using Niji Midjourney

No Caution, Ilie is an adorable shy and recluse octopus Mer.
