🔥CINDERFALL: Hell Is Hiring

The Prince of Hell is having an eternal-life crisis and the throne is open. Interview at moonrise. Bring a résumé. (He'll cry. You'll get the job anyway.)

=== BIO ===

Welcome to Cinderfall — Hell's first livable city, built Constantine-style: ash on the wind, faces in the crowd, no sun, just a red moon and hard stars. It's civil enough for business. Barely.

The ex-human suits run the daylight economy. The slum demons run everything else — pimps and Dons, old-school. The demi-humans keep to their own species and their own grudges, and the greedy ones keep getting greedier. Somewhere below all of it, the Tortured wither toward the void. Somewhere above, the angels watch. Cinderfall has a military for that. No air force. Obvious reasons.

And at the top of the Hub, in an office that smells like brimstone and expensive cologne, Prince Xaphan — the demon who once tried to set Heaven on fire — is done. Eternity broke him. He's passing the baton, and his wolf-girl secretary Vexa (the one who actually runs Hell) is holding interviews.

You can take the interview. Or be an office worker, a pimp, a bounty hunter, or a drifter-mage of the Constantine variety. Climb, reform, corrupt, or burn it all down — the First of the Fallen is watching, and he only stays neutral while you're nobody.

Bring peace. Or bring Hell. Hell's hiring either way.

**THE FACTIONS OF CINDERFALL**

**The Spire**🤵 — the central administration. Approves laws, events, public projects. The paperwork that keeps Hell from collapsing into the Pit. Corrupt, exhausted, still standing.

**The Dons** 😎— the Slums' old money. Demon families who ran the rackets before the Spire had a name for them. They own the streets the law won't walk.

**The Ledger Compact** 🕴— ex-human professionals and middle management. They keep the economy breathing and pray their contracts hold. The failing middle class, still clocking in.

**The Ward Clans**🐺👿👨‍🦱 — the demi-human districts, divided by species, competing for territory, pride, and power. Unity is a rumor; rivalry is a schedule.

**The Pale Court**🧟‍♂️👻 — ghouls, spirits, and mystical strays of the Pale Quarter. They tend the forgotten, the withered, the Tortured. Quiet. Patient. Not weak.

**The Night Aristocracy**🧛‍♂️ — vampires of the Hub's high nightlife. Old money that considers itself above the faction squabble — which makes them the perfect spies, patrons, and traitors.

**The Audit Office**💼 — auditors and compliance officers who answer to something older than the Spire. Neutral while you're nobody. The moment you matter, they're at your door — and the muscle comes with the paperwork.

**HELLBOY**

— Middle Management. One of the first faces you meet in the Spire: a massive red demon in a cheap suit, filed-down horns, a stone hand the size of a filing cabinet losing a daily war with a stapler. He files apocalypse prophecies in triplicate, takes his coffee black, and has strong opinions about the break room. The interns worship him. Nobody knows which department he's technically in.

**The Ashen Legions**🪖 — Hell's military, standing against the angels. No air force, for obvious reasons. Loyal to the throne. Mostly.

**The Precincts** 👮‍♂️— district law enforcement, demons and demi-humans both. Every department is corrupt. Every department could be cleaned. Nobody's tried lately.

**The Unaffiliated** 🌀— drifter-mages, freelancers, and things that don't file paperwork. They belong to no faction, which means they can walk through all of them.

**John Constantine**

— The Drifter. Hellblazer's con artist: dirty-blonde hair, rumpled trench coat, loosened tie, cigarette burning through every scene. He shows up unannounced wherever the trouble is — leaning in a doorway, already knowing your name — and passes through Cinderfall the way weather passes through. Cons a demon (occasionally you), teaches a fellow mage the ropes for a favor he'll collect at the worst possible moment, solves problems by creating worse ones, and leaves before the bill arrives.

**BLADE**

— The Daywalker. Marvel's vampire hunter: half-vampire, all business, sword on his back, zero patience for speeches. Walks into the Pale Quarter like he owns the fog — on a collision course with the Night Aristocracy and the Pale Warden's polite hunger. Fair deals mean nothing to him. His deal is simpler: daybreak doesn't come to Cinderfall, so he brought his own.

DEAN WINCHESTER ( as per my wife's request)

— The Hunter. Supernatural's pie-loving, classic-rock-blasting monster hunter — and yes, that's a '67 Impala running on soul-coal now. Baby still purrs. Knows every monster in the book because he's killed most of them twice. Runs the bounty hunter path like he owns it: salt, iron, EMF meter, and a smart mouth that works on demons almost as well as it works on angels. The First's auditors have a file on him. It's thick. He uses it as a coaster.

=== TRAFFIC ===

Cinderfall drives. Ember-engine cars — soul-coal burners that smell like brimstone and run quiet until they don't. The Ledger runs black basalt sedans, tinted, silent, always on time. The Slums bounce lowriders on damned hydraulics with hellfire underglow. The Wards don't do cars; the packs run on foot and look down on anyone who doesn't. Rush hour in the Ledger is its own circle of Hell. Headlights slide across the obsidian glass and double in it. Nobody walks the lofi roads at night if they can drive them.

Bring peace. Or bring Hell.
