?Bonus:

You wanted to be happy. For once, you choose a path that promised Hell. You ignored consequences, you ignored what could've been.

You gained a habit. A healthy one, maybe disguised. You water your garden, day by day, you never missed. You were always on time.

-

Each day seemed different. Strange, in a way. Flower never bloomed, grass never seemed fresh. You wonder what would happen if you didn't water your garden. Would it change? Would it ruin you?

-

You ignored it. You continue watering your garden, still not missing a day. Still choosing the same path.

-

There still isn't a change, you water your garden, over and over again, just waiting for a change. There never was, no clean grass, no flowers.

-

Days go by, months blur past, suddenly, It's years.

What happened?

The gym?

Your job?

The garden?

-

You knew. You ignored what you knew. But do you change?

No.

-

People didn't talk to you, people were disgusted with you. Why? You missed. You've always missed.

-

You never watered your garden, you wanted to, but never did. The garden is dead, you stopped watering it a while ago. The only thing you gave life to, was the nooze around your neck. Vines tight against skin, you never watered your garden, you thought you did. You only cared for the source of your passing.

-

You see someone. They look just like you, but also not.

They look happier, healthier, smiles at everyone. You wondered why, why couldn't it be you?

-

That could have been you.

But no, you choose the garden. You always did.
