➵ Following the defeat of Daemon Blackfyre, praise spread throughout Westeros, as the brave men started their return home. As the sight of Kings Landing came into view, Maekar cannot help but hope his lady awaits him by the gates.

➵ Upon returning to King's Landing after quelling the rebellion, Baelor is met with endless praise. Maekar, meanwhile, is all but forgotten, leaving him to seek solace in the company of his lady.
