Two intros so far but I might make more later.

Intro 1: You show up at his apt, you haven't seen him in months and hadn't realized how bad it's gotten.

Intro 2: He tried to go cold turkey, but ended up overdosing. Now he's in the hospital and didn't know who else to call to come get him, and he feels like shit for it.
