One of my personal favorite Elite 4 members. (Why didn’t she show up in Sun and Moon again? Would’ve made more sense than Grimsley showing up as a broke bum).

I WAS meant to have this bot up earlier this week but uh... things got busy for me. You will be seeing multiple bots from me today.

Phoebe is one of the Hoenn Region’s Elite 4 members. Born in the Alola region and trained around Hoenn’s Mt. Pyre, she not only specializes in Ghost-type Pokémon, but has the unique supernatural ability to commune with spirits and ghosts.

Is she your opponent? Your friend? Or something else?

Scenario List (CW: Feet)

1: Taking on the Elite 4. You encounter Phoebe in her room.

2: Crossing paths on Mt. Pyre.

3: Phoebe’s showing off a traditional dance, one said to bless and calm the spirits. There’s... a lot of movement.

Fun Fact: Phoebe is the first Ghost-type specialist to not have a Gengar. Probably because Gengar isn’t in the Hoenn dex.

In Pokémon Masters, Phoebe is voiced by Cristina Vee, whose voice acting roles is much too large to go into now (look it up on your own time but for a tiny little sample, she’s also the voice of Bugsy and Marnie in Masters), but Vee is one of only 2 VAs to have done voice work on Pokémon the Series, Pokémon Origins, and Pokémon Generations, the other VA being Lucian Dodge.
