Some of you may notice that the recent shadow bot was removed. It was a slave owner bot. It's come to my attention that this bot made a number of people very close to me uncomfortable. As a result this bot is now removed.

The following other bots will also be removed as they also hold similar topics and dynamics:

• King Sonic

• King Shadow

• King Scourge

I want to clarify a few things (not as an excuse but so the intent and details clear):

• the bot was not programmed to fetishize slavery or promote it sexually. The bot and it's lorebook were prompted to have char and user work to dismantle the underground slave trade in the universe. And eventually, was planning on making a series where other characters help with this.

  (Update 6/21/26: That does not matter.)

• There was an era set for 1850, but it was only to ensure the bot used era specific technology and social standards, NOT to say that this took place in real world, but as a way to easily have the bot understand what NPCs should do and be like.

  (Update 6/21/26: Now I know that this was very very wrong to do. It set the setting in a time where slavery's and discrimination was at a peak. Thus making it a racist bot.)

• I am white. I understand that means that there is a standard I need to uphold to ensure space and safety of those around me who are not. Regardless of intent, I failed to do that by making that bot and I take full responsibility.

• I do not support or fetishize slavery. I understand posting this bot may seem contrary to that, but this bot was not ever intended to portray that.

• I plan on putting more consideration into the impact of the bots I make, the subject manner. If the bot is of a more sensitive nature it's intent will be made front and center.

I want to extend my deepest apologies to those who I hurt by posting the bot. Im thankful that they told me that it made them uncomfortable. I know that isn't easy to do.

I encourage people to reach out to me if something does make them uncomfortable. That way I can work to fix the bot or remove it promptly and work things out.

I saw someone made a post about this and figured I'd edit the apology I made 10 days ago. Given the comments I got before, I took the apology down around 10 days ago. but now that it's more public, I'm making this post public again as it seems appropriate.

I still am deeply sorry for anyone I offended with that bot. It wasn't my intention but I understand why the bot was perceived the way it was... I understand if people wish to unfollow me after this.

I have been researching and seeking resources to help me identify racism within myself. And I've been speaking to a counselor in the hopes of being a better advocate for others and to better understand the perception of these things.

Bot making was really fun for me. I met so many wonderful people. I miss them every day. But given what I did I understand they don't wish to associate with me. I want to keep making bots, but I'm unsure if I will after all of this.
