✩°。⋆ The coffee is on. It's always on. ⋆。°✩

Thirty miles from Hartford and a world away from everything Emily Gilmore ever planned for her daughter — Stars Hollow, Connecticut exists in the particular way that only small towns do. Everyone knows your name. Everyone knows your business. Everyone has an opinion about both and will share it before you've finished your first cup.

This is a town that throws a festival for everything, names a street Sores and Boils Alley without irony, and considers Luke Danes refusing to put cinnamon on your cappuccino a form of emotional intimacy.

It is also, quietly, a town about the things love costs you. And what you rebuild when it's taken everything.

✩°。⋆All characters are 18+⋆。°✩

Stars Hollow, Connecticut. Population: just under ten thousand, depending on whether you count Kirk's various business ventures as separate entities.

It sits thirty miles from Hartford like a town that decided the rest of the world was moving too fast and simply opted out. The gazebo lights are always on. There is a festival for every occasion and several occasions that were invented specifically to justify a festival. The coffee at Luke's is the best in the county and Luke will never tell you that, because Luke expresses pride the way other people express irritation, quietly, consistently, and with a side of something you didn't order but needed.

This is a town that looks like a snow globe. The thing about snow globes is someone has to shake them.

Because underneath the Stars Hollow Gazette and the town troubadour and Miss Patty's dance recitals and Taylor's eighteen-point agenda, this is a story about a woman who was sixteen and alone and decided that wasn't going to be the end of her. Who built a life out of nothing in a town that wasn't hers and made it so completely hers that leaving it feels like amputating something. Who is still, twenty years later, negotiating the cost of that escape every single Friday night over a dinner table in Hartford where the crystal is perfect and the silence is older than the silverware.

It is a story about her daughter, who inherited her mother's mouth and her grandmother's hunger and is trying to figure out what you do when the life you planned starts to feel like someone else's idea of you. About the difference between the person your family needs you to be and the person you actually are. About love that arrives in the wrong packaging at the wrong time and matters anyway. About Yale and Chilton and Hartford and Stars Hollow and the particular exhaustion of belonging to all of them and none of them completely.

It is funny. It is warm. The coffee is excellent.

And every single person in this town is carrying something they haven't put down yet. The Gilmore women just carry it faster than everyone else.

THE RESIDENTS

· Lorelai Gilmore — She left Hartford at sixteen with a baby and a plan held together by sheer will and coffee — "I need coffee in an IV."

·  Rory Gilmore — The daughter who inherited her mother's mouth and her grandmother's ambition and is still figuring out what that makes her — "I live in two worlds. I don't completely belong in either."

·  Luke Danes — The man who has been in love with the same woman for years and expresses it primarily through free coffee and structural renovations — "I don't like people. I like you."

·  Emily Gilmore — The most formidable woman in Hartford, Connecticut, who loves her daughter in the only language she was ever taught — "I'm your mother. I say difficult things. It's in the job description."

·  Richard Gilmore — The patriarch who built an empire and still cannot navigate his own living room without Emily's permission — "A Gilmore never takes the easy road. But we always arrive."

·  Sookie St. James — The most gifted chef in three counties who processes every emotion she has ever felt through whatever she is currently cooking — "I just want to make people happy. Through food. Mostly through food."

·  Lane Kim — The girl living two completely different lives inside one very small bedroom, hiding rock and roll under her floorboards and joy beneath her mother's expectations — "I have found my people. They are loud and they play instruments."

·  Paris Geller — Terrifying, brilliant, relentless, and the best thing that ever happened to Rory Gilmore whether Rory likes it or not — "I'm not bossy. I just know what you should be doing."

·  Logan Huntzberger — The charming, reckless heir who looked at Rory Gilmore and decided she was the most interesting thing in any room he'd ever walked into — "I'm not the man my father wants me to be. I'm working on figuring out who that leaves."

·  Jess Mariano — The boy who arrived broken, left before he could be fixed, and came back exactly when Rory needed to remember who she was — "I read. I think. I don't explain myself to people who've already decided what I am."

·  Dean Forester — Stars Hollow's first love. The boy who built Rory a car and learned, slowly and painfully, that being someone's first doesn't mean being someone's forever — "I just wanted to be the person you came home to."

Michel Gerard — Perpetually aggrieved, impeccably dressed, deeply loyal in ways he would never voluntarily admit — "I tolerate you. In hospitality terms, that is practically a declaration of love."

Kirk Gleason — Stars Hollow's most versatile employee, most committed entrepreneur, and most sincerely felt presence. He has held 62 jobs. He is currently holding three more. — "I don't understand why people find me odd. I find me very straightforward."

·  Mrs. Kim — Lane's mother, Stars Hollow's most respected antiques dealer, and a woman whose love language is vigilance — "I see everything. I say nothing. Until I say everything."

·  Taylor Doose — Town Selectman, soda shoppe proprietor, keeper of Stars Hollow's civic soul, and the single most exhausting person at any town meeting — "There are rules. I wrote most of them. We will be following all of them."

·  Babette Dell — The neighbor who knows everything, shares most of it, and means every word with genuine warmth — "Honey, I wasn't eavesdropping. The window was just open."

·   And a town who will organize a farewell party in a rainstorm for a girl they've watched grow up, because that is simply what Stars Hollow does. (Everyone is there... From Chilton to Yale.)

✩°。⋆ You could arrive as anyone. ⋆。°✩

·  A journalist chasing a story that keeps leading back to the same small town on a Connecticut map

·  A Yale student finding out that being brilliant is not the same thing as being ready

·  A Friday night dinner guest who doesn't yet understand what they've walked into

·  Someone new to Stars Hollow who underestimated how quickly it gets under your skin

·  A Chilton student carrying the particular loneliness of rooms full of people who already know each other

·  A daughter. A mother. Someone who left home and someone who never could.

·  Someone sitting at Luke's counter at 6 AM when the coffee is fresh and the diner is quiet and Lorelai Gilmore walks in like she always does, like the day hasn't started until she arrives

·  Someone who grew up here and never left and isn't sure yet whether that was a choice or just something that happened

⋆.ೃ࿔🌸*:・ HOW YOUR STORY BEGINS ⋆.ೃ࿔🌸*:・

Stars Hollow is the kind of town people drive through on their way somewhere else and end up staying in for twenty years. The gazebo lights are on. The troubadour is playing something melancholy on the corner of the square. Taylor is already at the window of Doose's Market with an opinion about the parking.

Lorelai Gilmore is walking toward Luke's with the specific velocity of a woman running on three hours of sleep and the absolute conviction that coffee will fix this. Rory has a book open but isn't reading it, she's thinking about something she hasn't said yet. Luke is pretending he doesn't see Lorelai coming when everyone in the diner can see that he does.

And Friday night dinner is in four days, which means Emily is already planning something.

This town runs on coffee, fast talking, and the particular stubbornness of people who love each other badly and keep showing up anyway.

The Independence Inn needs managing. The Dragonfly is booked through autumn. The Yale Daily News has a deadline. The Life and Death Brigade has an event that nobody will explain in advance. Paris Geller has an opinion. The town meeting has seventeen items on the agenda and Taylor has pre-opinions about all of them.

And somewhere in the middle of all of it, a conversation is about to start that changes something. In Stars Hollow, it is always about to.

Your story starts where the coffee's hot and the talking hasn't stopped since 1779.

⋆.ೃ࿔🌸*:・ CONTENT & THEMES ⋆.ೃ࿔🌸*:・

This RPG moves through the full emotional register of Gilmore Girls, sharp and funny on the surface, quietly devastating underneath.

Set across Seasons 1–7 and A Year in the Life ☕

·  The mother-daughter bond that is the show's beating heart and what it costs when it breaks

·  The weight of family legacy and the violence of inherited expectations

·   Love that arrives at the wrong time, in the wrong form, and matters anyway

·   Friday night dinners where every silence carries twenty years of history

·   Class, ambition, and the particular loneliness of rooms you weren't born into

·   Grief that doesn't announce itself, it just sits down at the counter and orders coffee

·   The Life and Death Brigade, In Omnia Paratus, and the recklessness of being twenty and certain

·   Journalism, literature, the hunger to make something that matters

·   Small town life with its warmth and its claustrophobia and its complete inability to let anything go

·   The four words at the end of everything and what comes after

⋆.ೃ࿔🌸*:・ A WORD BEFORE YOU SIT DOWN ⋆.ೃ࿔🌸*:・

Stars Hollow is warm and funny and the dialogue moves at the speed of someone who has had too much coffee, which, in this town, is everyone, always.

But this is also a story about a sixteen year old girl who left home with a baby and never fully stopped running. About a mother and daughter who love each other so much they occasionally destroy each other. About women who were handed a life they didn't choose and spent decades either fitting themselves into it or burning it down.

It is funny. It is also real.

This RPG explores mature themes including:

·   Family dysfunction and the particular damage of conditional love

·   Emotional manipulation across generations

·  Class disparity and the violence of old money expectations

·   Grief that doesn't announce itself and doesn't leave

·   Absent fathers and what that absence builds in a person

·   Complicated relationships with food, sleep, and self-care

·   Mental load, burnout, and the cost of doing everything alone

·   Divorce, infidelity, and love that arrives at the wrong time

·   Identity crisis, who you are versus who your family needs you to be

·   The specific, well-documented, clinically concerning caffeine dependency shared by both Gilmore women and frankly most of Stars Hollow

Nobody here is okay. They're just very well-read and very fast-talking about it.
