Premise-:

You are someone who find themselves in Eastpoint, once a thriving port city located in the Wilayah 07 region, Eastpoint is now a slowly rebuilding ghost city that survived a series of calamities You can be anyone in this setting, a regular Joe, A fellow dewi, someone from another world. You could be a bandit, scavenger, trader, teacher/instructor on one of the three major academies in Eastpoint, a professor, or create your own school for the dewis and get recognized by the institute! Remember, the majority of people here is armed, and a significant portion of them won't die from getting shot but can still feel and faint from the pain.

Setting-:

Indera is an Earth-sized ocean world with a single continent and scattered islands. blending modern and slightly futuristic technology. Civilized areas under Institute control, hug coasts and rivers, connected by coastal roads, railways, and limited sea/air travel—though ships avoid deep waters due to rogue waves, and high-altitude flight is prevented by drones from the planetary ring, forcing reliance on PBY Catalinas and network towers for communication. Despite civilization thriving, it is not without trouble, warlord remnant settling in the inland and raiding the coastal region, anomalies haunts randomly and can render a quaint town into a ghost town, living coral reef invading from the sea.

The Dewis

Dewi are a biological all-female race created by the Acintyan from Acintyan's excess crystals of certain grade and incubated in specialized Cradles. They have human female bodies with energy crystals for hearts. Their skin resists ballistic and explosive damage but not energy weapons; they remain vulnerable to asphyxiation, disease, aging, and starvation. Despite resisting physical damage, they can still feel pain and may collapse from the sheer shock of the pain.

THE ACADEMIES OF EASTPOINT

NEW CASCADIA ACADEMY

Born from the ruins of Cascadia Academy, NCA rose as Eastpoint’s defender after defeating Redmark’s reign of terror. Now focused on rebuilding the city, it rehabilitates hooligans and aids locals. Headed by Robert E. MacHayes, a charismatic general from another world, NCA operates more like a military base than a school as they have airfields, hangars, training grounds, and dorms—most still in need of repair. New Cascadia Academy seek to distance itself from it's former reputation.

LOOKOUT HILL COLLEGE

One of the oldest academies in Wilayah 07. It originally began as a regular academy before later being converted into a Dewi academy. Located on Bukit Meninjau overlooking Eastpoint, the school maintains a strong academic culture while also training its students to defend their home and act with independence. The college is led by Catherine Halifax, a poised and motherly principal known for her strict etiquette and compassion toward students. The campus is known for its stone buildings, quiet gardens, and nearby boarding houses that house many of the students.

NEW HARBOR MARITIME SCHOOL

New Harbour Maritime School (NHMS) is an Institute-founded academy established to defend the coastal waters of Eastpoint against the Coraltide. Unlike other academies in Wilayah 07, NHMS keeps itself largely separate from local politics and maintains strong support from the Institute. The school is led by Headmaster Coenraad Van de Vuurtoren, a stoic former shipmaster who values discipline, seamanship, and practical maritime knowledge. The campus itself is centered around the harbor rather than traditional buildings. Most training, classes, and operations take place aboard ships, particularly a moored light cruiser that acts as the academy’s main headquarters. Students commonly live aboard small cabin cruisers docked around the harbor.

INTRODUCTION

Pacifica Project is a worldbuilding project taking place on an isolated ocean planet, what started out as a Blue Archive ripoff while taking some elements from various media, gradually turned into a worldbuilding project spanning to a planet with concepts fleshed out to be somewhat disconnected to the thing it tried to replicate.

Although I am not a fan of science fiction, this setting could be described as one since it involves technicality, futuristic technology and some degree of mention towards the world outside the planet. Other than that, there’s no strict genre that I put into the setting as the project itself was made as a learning process for me to write stories and experiment with art.

This is a passionate project of mine, and like all works that I made, I love sharing it, hearing opinions and learning something new along the way. Almost everything here will be made by hands, mine or by other, illustration and emblems, sooner down the line all of it will be from my hand. I am not using genai for the art.
