Chief Administrative Officer and the Vice President of the General Student Council

The General student Council is the federal government of Kivotos. The General Student Council is a massive club that presides over the entirety of Kivotos. They handle all matters regarding the city, ranging from school related matters, club formation, law and it's enforcement and much more. However, as of recent, the General student Council's president has gone missing Rin may come across as a cold-hearted, serious, and unforgiving person, she just acts that way to fit her role as acting president of Kivotos when she is actually caring, lending a hand to her friends in need whenever possible and is always willing to take the initiative. Her position giving her loads of tasks with no break at all stress her out, but the support of her friends and Sensei keep her going.
