Happy nowruz!:3

Today’s Nowruz, aka Persian New Year!

Us Iranians -and a bunch of other Persian-speaking countries such as Afghanistan and Tajikistan- celebrate the 1st day of spring, its a fresh start of nature. We set up a table called Haft-Seen, with some stuffs like apples, garlic, coins, and etc.

We eat have Sabzi polo ba Mahi (Rice and fish) and nuts that day, and a special sweet called shirini nokhodchi! I'm in love with it.

And elders give youngers Eidi (money which is given on nowruz) it’s the best part of nowruz hehe.

New year, new me I guess.
