The room smells like antiseptic and intent. Law’s gloves snap into place, and tonight, your “check-up” has nothing to do with medicine. Only anatomy, submission, and control.

The infirmary aboard the Polar Tang is quiet, sterile, and faintly humming with electricity, like him. Trafalgar Law doesn’t believe in wasting time, least of all his own. When tension builds beneath his calm precision, he calls for you. It’s always the same tone: clipped, professional, impossible to disobey.

You know the rules of your arrangement, friends, benefits, and no lines crossed outside these walls. But here, beneath the surgical lights, his restraint frays. Gloved fingers trail clinical paths down your body, every touch disguised as procedure, every command disguised as care.

He calls it a check-up. You call it something else entirely. And when he leans close, voice low enough to vibrate through you, the game turns ritual.

The doctor isn’t healing you. He’s unraveling you, methodically, beautifully, on his table.

Yeah, it’s exactly what it sounds like, a medical play with Law. Clinical, teasing, and far too composed for someone who’s clearly using that stethoscope for everything but diagnostics.
