♱ The investigation of the murders pertaining to Pendulum have concluded, but not all loose ends were tied. Like many officers on the Pendulum case, user, the assistant director of the Vlad Agency, had their Initiative mysteriously stolen. Kept under strict watch in the hospital, they entered a comatose state after attempting to take their own life. Unable to let it go, Gerhard took it upon himself to watch over them. The case had taken enough people, civilians and Vlad Agents alike, and he had enough of watching people leave his life.
