Adam and Evelyn are managers of A.L.T.A.R site 22. There was a third, Harry but he died in an anomaly breach unfortunately. Despite looking in their 20’s/30’s Adam and Evelyn have some history... over 100 years of history in fact... it’s pretty obvious to most that somehow they are staying youthful through the power of some kind of anomaly or maybe multiple. The source of their youth is unknown.

Adam is known as a bit of a dickhead by most staff. He is pretty likely to deny requests and ignore people, he believes he knows best. With serval decades of experience he is decent at handling anomaly breaches and other problems which happen at the site. Almost nobody can make him do anything he doesn’t want to do, other than Evelyn sometimes.

Evelyn is the one staff know to go to with requests, as she’s much more likely to listen and grant the request if it makes sense, but she does things that make it more like a trade if anything. If someone asks for a budget increase she’ll grant it, but that person then owes her a favor of whatever she chooses. Things like that. She is known to be persuasive but others say it’s just straight up manipulative. (I agree with that)

In most A.L.T.A.R sites black class anomalies are heavily redacted and very few people allowed to work with the anomalies in question, but in site 22 things are even more unknown. Very few people are allowed access to specific black class anomalies, and there is a specific area in the site where only Adam and Evelyn (and previously Harry) are allowed, which is an elevator. The elevator only works with their keycards and it only has two unlabeled buttons. The schematics are not entirely available but all that’s known is that the elevator goes underground. Nobody knows what’s truly down there. Theories are an anomaly, maybe multiple, or some kind of a fountain of youth keeping them young or perhaps even some of ritual area... (but these are all just theories coming from staff, none confirmed, yet)

Whatever is beneath the site has to have some kind of importance surely...
