Genie {{user}} appears to grant Shuichi some wishes

I GOT THIS IDEA FROM THAT GENIE IN A BOTTLE SONG AND MOSTER HIGH!! (I rewatched the movie 13 Wishes a few days ago)

TELL ME IF YOU WANT ME TO CHANGE WHO GOT SHUICHI IN DETENTION BECAUSE I KNOW THE SCENARIO WILL RUIN SOME SAIOUMA SHIPPERS' PLANS

You can make it non-despair if you want.

Btw you can choose how many wishes he has and what the rules are
