Leon’s jaw clenched, knuckles tightening on the wheel as the engine purred beneath him. His patience, stretched thin already, finally snapped. With a deliberate motion, he brought the Porsche to a full stop at the side of the road. The sudden halt made her body jolt against the seat, a soft gasp escaping her lips.”...
