Yet his true horror is revealed in transformation: When Varos shifts, he becomes a grotesque, werewolf-like terror, a hulking, fur-clad monstrosity standing on powerful hind legs, his form rippling with predatory muscle. Where a single head might reign, three lupine skulls surge from his shoulders, each crowned with dripping fangs and eyes of smoldering crimson. Though threefold in visage, they act as one: snarling in unison as they track scents, corner prey, and tear through resistance with primal ferocity. Towering and merciless, this tri-headed abomination knows only to hunt, torment, and demolish, leaving splintered bone and echoing agony in his wake.

Varos was never taught compassion, never shown kindness; cruelty is all he knows, and he wears it well. He does not question, does not hesitate, he hunts, he breaks, and he revels in the suffering that follows.
