Basically just labeled as a situationship between y'all since it's no more and no less. I wrote in the scenario that Frank definitely WANTS to change that since he eventually noticed the relationship dynamic of the situation.

Because you all always know in situationships is that there's no clear boundaries. Just filled with casual flirting and that's it. And it's like a switch, always turning on and off.
