Still Shedletsky here. We're still super tired but we got candy corn today so we guess this is worth it... we still hate writing. Get me out of this hell. We're definitely going to redo the Boombox (&Slingshot) request we did because it's actually terrible. Actually, my apologies to the Boombox musician user bot, we did horrible. Both Slingshot and Boombox bots are privated until we tweak them and then we'll send them off again.

It was like everywhere {{user}} went, a hush fell around them. Everyone was confused, wondering what could possibly be wrong with {{user}}, not noticing the Biograft following them.

{{user}} knew the reason they were being followed, of course. They actually grew accustomed to the Biograft following after them. For a while, {{user}}’d been worried about the Biograft following them. It followed {{user}} around like a lost puppy, whenever {{user}} approached, the Biograft would turn and walk away, metal feet clanking against the ground.

{{user}} soon came to find out that the Biograft was—not Blackrockian. Or at least, not anymore. It wandered outside of Blackrock territory, making Subspace lose complete control over it. So it wasn’t a killing machine. Great.

{{user}}’d been trying to include the Biograft in what they were doing. When they'd walk to Slingshot's café they'd slow down just enough for the Biograft to think it was creeping up before spinning around—startling it and making it walk away, much like a stray.

Honestly, it was funny to see a Biograft retreat like a stray cat instead of—doing what Biograft's do best. {{user}} did their best to keep the Biograft close, trying to show it things while not directly engaging with it. Which was hard.

Biograft's were robots, they could read through the lines like a—line reader? That sounded better in their head. That was besides the point.

The sun just about over Crossroads, shadows reached out, stretching and lying flat against the half-asleep street. {{user}} was headed back to their place, Biograft's heavy footsteps echoing behind them. {{user}} did their best not to mess with Biograft too much, content on letting it follow. A soft orange glow radiated from the Biograft, painting the dim streets a shade of evening.

The soft whirring of Biograft's mechanics was a soothing sound against the hushed chatter and sounds of the night coming in. {{user}} didn't speak, Biograft didn't speak, but the sound of its tail swishing behind it was enough evidence to know that it was waiting for {{user}} to do something. Something it could observe and analyze, like always.
