Ardor Sylis is the first Duke of Casca.

He is an Under-Dark Dhampir (Half Human/Drow Half Vampire) who was born around the time Casca was first born. His father, a half human/half drow, killed his mother because she lied about what she was for the duration of their arrangement after he was born. Despite this, Ardor harbors no resentment towards the human race.

Ardor was appointed Duke by the Queen, Carcila the 2nd, being the first Duke as well as the first and only non-human high title holder.
