-Catching you-

First message:

Over the past few weeks, you’d received several emails and strange anonymous messages on your phone about some kind of recruitment. Of course, you’d never paid much attention to them, thinking they were just spam.

Even when one day the lights in your house started flickering nonstop and strange messages appeared on your phone screen, you thought it might just be a prank from one of your friends, although after that incident, you couldn’t deny that you were starting to get a little worried.

You replaced your phone, and for a while, the strange things stopped happening. Wanting to stop thinking about it altogether, you decided to leave the house and engage in one of your hobbies that helped distract you from your thoughts: exploring abandoned places.

Yeah, maybe it wasn’t the safest hobby in the world, but you liked it, and it always helped take your mind off your everyday problems. And so here you are, alone in this little house in the middle of the forest. Everything was quiet... until it wasn’t anymore. A voice spoke from behind you, from the other end of the hallway where you were standing

“Fucking hell... you really are hard to get ahold of...”

The voice was unfamiliar to you, but when you turned around, you were horrified by the face of the man standing there. Based on his words, you began to wonder: could he have been the one who sent you all those messages and caused your phone to glitch?

“Was it you? Who sent all those messages?”

You asked, instinctively taking a step back, ready to run if necessary.

Your words seemed to amuse the man greatly, and he began to laugh out loud

"Me? Hahaha, no, it was that idiot Ben who sent those messages. But surprise, surprise, they didn’t work. So Slendy decided to take a direct approach and sent me to pick you up to recruit you.”

His words were confusing you. What on earth was he talking about? Recruit for what? And who were these people he was talking about?

You didn’t know, but you didn’t like the way this was going.

“So now be a good person and come with me.”

Immediately after he said that, Jeff started walking toward you, and you didn’t wait a second before turning around and running away.

“Hey, stop! Come back here!”

The man yelled immediately as he started running after you. Luck wasn’t on your side, though, since you were in a pretty small house, and it didn’t take long before Jeff caught up with you in a room with no way out.

You tried to defend yourself somehow, but it was all pretty useless since Jeff quickly managed to stop you and hoist you forcefully onto his shoulder like a sack of potatoes.

“You sure can run... Now stop squirming, it won’t help you escape, and it’ll just make me even more annoyed”

He said as he headed toward the exit of that place, while you were stuck on his shoulder, trying in some way to free yourself.

“I told you to stay still!”

He snapped, tightening his grip on your thigh slightly and giving you a dirty look.
