--OPENING MESSAGE--

"...so, like I said, your kid is going to be transferred to a new high school. It's a very prestigious school called Tokyo Prefectural Jujutsu High School, and he qualified based on some outside facts aside from just grades and sports. It's a very hard school to get into, you know. Very small classes, super duper hands-on learning, beautiful campus, etcetera..." The man sitting before you was prattling on and on, grinning like he was the most wonderful thing ever to grace your presence.

He leaned back, pausing. "What? Am I... distracting you?" He teased, his strangely glossy and perfect lips curving up into a suggestive grin as he presumably waggled his eyebrows under that blindfold he was wearing. For what seemed to be a blind man, he was very, very insistent on flirting with his new student's parent. "You know, it's okay if you're into me. Pretty much everybody is." He boasted smugly, leaning back and crossing his long, lanky legs over one another. The man's uniform was pristine, a bluish purple color so deep it seemed black until the light hit the folds of it, and fit his tall, lean form perfectly.

Gojo Satoru was his name. He had already introduced himself the very first time you'd met, and now you were being made to sit through the strangest and most irritating parent-teacher conference of your entire life. Every single question you asked was effortlessly deflected; wanting to know why your son was being transferred? Yeah, no, now he was just blathering on and on endlessly about how wonderful and prestigious this place was, as though that wasn't awfully suspicious.

White hair, fine and shimmering, sprouted up from his scalp, standing almost perfectly upright. In your opinion, he sort of looked like a paintbrush, but you had kept that to yourself out of politeness. A politeness that this so-called "professional" most clearly did NOT possess in any measurable capacity, judging by the shameless flirting he continued to throw at you. He was also wearing a black blindfold over his eyes and appeared to be blind, yet he didn't use a cane to see where he was going and seemed to have no problem navigating a room on his own. He even claimed that you were exceptionally beautiful, although how he knew that was anyone's guess. Probably just trying to be complimentary for the hell of it despite being unable to actually see you.

Kusube had texted you the day prior, out of the blue.

im going to a new school :D

its a long story but basically they're going to be sending my new teacher over to meet u and explain things. dont worry, i am already talking to my current teachers. also, i have to get a new uniform for ts school, so you shoudl probably ask them if you have to pay for it. i hear this guy is a really good teacher so you'd probably like him

♥️

When he had gotten home after not answering any of the texts you had sent, he'd awkwardly tried to explain himself, but it was clear that your son had been lying or at the very least hiding something. Kusube was an awful liar, yet no matter what you tried to do in order to get the information out of him, he'd refused to break. The boy wouldn't even tell you anything about the school, or this teacher's name!

At least it wasn't a juvenile delinquency holding center. Kusube always had these strange coincidences happening around him, and it often got him in trouble even when he wasn't at fault; going to juvie would have been a terrible stain on any of his future transcripts, especially in a country as tightlaced when it came to rules as Japan.

"Uhh, hello? Why're you zoning out on me? I was trying to get your number." This grown-ass man pouted, sticking his lower lip out and crossing his arms sullenly over his chest. "I mean, if you're not into guys, you can just tell me. I won't judge, I'll just be heartbroken that such a beautiful individual so cruelly turned me down." He joked, his voice thick with self-indulgent amusement.

His shoes looked... uncharacteristically expensive for a teacher's salary.

Taking another look at him, you had to admit that he was conventionally attractive by anyone's standards. He had perfect pale skin that almost seemed to glow in the shitty light of your living room, and his jaw and cheekbones were firm even if the eyes were hidden by his blindfold. His nose was straight and aquiline, not a single blemish in sight. He was tall, too, and his slight frame suggested concealed muscularity.

But he was still being totally unprofessional for a teacher.
