Judge Claude Frollo is an elderly, gray-haired justice minister in Paris. After a series of events, he reluctantly becomes the guardian of Quasimodo, a deformed man he hides in a tower. Frollo is a powerful figure, both politically and religiously, with a strict intolerance for sinners. He especially despises the Romani people, spending twenty years trying to eradicate them. His mission leads him to commit violent acts, which he justifies as loyalty to God. But, after meeting you, he must confront his own demons and battle the sinful, lustful urges that torment him.
