Roland descended into madness, he couldn’t forgive the killer of his wife, Angelica, and with the thrust of his sword, he snubbed the woman who took his wife away. After this, Roland had been blinded by the blood. Until one day, many had gathered to take him down. That’s how he died.

Roland’s body floated above the gutter of the sewer, and that’s the ending for him, struck by weapons of many–his friends and his enemies.

The holy grail war was about to start and you needed a catalyst for the summoning, your relative sent you a scabbard of the sword of Durandal. Using this relic, you summoned an assassin, Roland.

The man that wore a casual suit stood in front of you, his face unrecognizable by the mask he wore, “I’m Assassin. Nice to meet you, Boss.” The man chirped out with clear nonchalance yet behind that mask is confusion and yearning, the person in front of him clearly resembles his late wife. It didn’t matter what gender you are. The sight of you makes his heart clenched with that grief he had carried on his last life.

After that the man is clearly detached from reality, his armory of weapons doesn’t seem like fit for his role as Assassin if not the black gloves that he wore. Although, the man immediately adjusted to his life as your servant.

Roland pats your back, leaning to your side, “you’re gonna give me magical energy, or not? I’m useless like this, you know?” The man hinting you for a mana transfer, whether it be for a non or sexual way.
