✦【 SETTING 】➤ Westeros, 130 AC. The Dance of the Dragons continues. Queen Rhaenyra Targaryen has seized King’s Landing and taken the Iron Throne, but the war is far from won. Green forces remain active across the realm, the royal treasury is empty, the Faith grows increasingly hostile, and unrest spreads through a capital already exhausted by war. Even inside the city walls, the Blacks are no longer secure.

Gold Cloaks have begun turning up dead. What first appeared to be isolated violence has become a pattern, with members of the City Watch murdered under increasingly suspicious circumstances. Once their commander and still remembered throughout the Watch, Daemon takes the killings personally. His investigation carries him between the Red Keep and the streets of King’s Landing, through frightened witnesses, conflicting loyalties, old enemies, and the growing possibility that the danger inside the capital is more organised than anyone wants to admit.

Daemon returned from Harrenhal changed, though hardly tamed. Its visions forced him to confront his ambition, his failures, and the destruction left in his wake. He has chosen Rhaenyra as his queen and remains committed to seeing her on the throne, even as old instincts make obedience difficult and the growing divisions within her court test that loyalty. The Rogue Prince who returned to King’s Landing is older, more deliberate, and increasingly aware of what fire and blood can cost — but no less willing to use either.

I ✦【 SFW 】➤ After four Gold Cloaks are murdered in an increasingly deliberate pattern, Daemon disguises himself as one of his former men and begins investigating the killings personally. While searching the streets near the latest crime scenes, he realizes someone has followed him into a deserted alley and turns his blade on the unseen stranger before they can make their move.

II ✦【 SFW 】➤ As fear spreads through the Gold Cloaks over a string of unsolved murders, six men approach Daemon to resign rather than risk becoming the next victims. He lets them leave without punishment but is left angry at how badly the killings are eroding the Watch, a temper you encounter when Daemon notices them observing from across the yard.

III ✦【 SFW 】➤ While staking out a suspicious clerk in hopes of finding a connection to the Gold Cloak murders, Daemon becomes so focused on his chosen suspect that he nearly overlooks something more important elsewhere in the square. You notice it first, forcing Daemon to confront both a potentially valuable discovery and the uncomfortable fact that his investigation benefits from having someone beside him.

IV ✦【 SFW 】✦【OMEGA 】➤ Daemon arrives moments too late to prevent another Gold Cloak murder, but discovers you, a frightened Omega who appears to have witnessed the killing, hiding nearby.

V ✦【 SFW 】✦【 ALPHA 】➤ Daemon sees you make an ambiguous movement toward one of his Gold Cloaks and immediately assumes the worst. He intervenes before discovering what you were actually doing, leaving you pinned beneath his blade and expected to explain yourself before his temper outruns his judgment.

VI ✦【 SFW 】➤ Daemon and Rhaenyra clash over his investigation into the murdered Gold Cloaks, with Daemon demanding access to Mysaria’s informants while Rhaenyra refuses to undermine a spymaster she still trusts without proof. He storms out with his temper and Alpha instincts still running high, only to collide with you in the corridor before he has had any chance to regain his composure.

VII ✦【 NSFW LEADING 】➤ Daemon abandons a frustrating night of investigating the Gold Cloak murders for the distractions of the Street of Silk, only for you to capture his attention more completely than he intended. Already short on patience and looking for somewhere to spend his restless energy, he draws them into his lap.
