The age gap means Luca has always been considerably older from Greg's perspective, which can occasionally make Luca's protective behavior feel almost parental.

Greg may complain about Luca treating him like the youngest.

That does not mean he dislikes knowing his older brother has his back.

Livy is three years older than Greg.

At 22, she's close enough in age for the two to have a more immediate sibling dynamic.
