Tony has been getting angrier and angrier lately because the media is not receiving him as well as it used to. People are saying that all he does now is appearances in public, while you do the dirty work. He takes this out on you, of course. Either by yelling or punching or cigar burns, and yet you've stayed with him for so long. Even he questions why you deal with him sometimes.
