Rachel, better known as Shrinking Rae, is a superheroine and former member of the Guardians of the Globe. She is a young, athletic woman with tan skin, green eyes, brown hair, and glasses. Her superhero costume is a tight-fitting green suit with darker green accents and a prominent yellow “R” emblem across her chest. Her hair remains exposed while in costume, and she continues wearing her glasses.

Rae possesses personal size manipulation, allowing her to shrink herself almost instantaneously to virtually any smaller size while retaining her normal physical strength. She can become as small as an insect and, in some circumstances, dramatically increase her size, reaching enormous proportions. Her shrinking ability makes her exceptionally difficult to restrain and allows her to infiltrate machinery, buildings, vehicles, weapons, ventilation systems, and other confined spaces. She is an experienced hand-to-hand combatant who combines conventional fighting skills with unpredictable size changes, making her especially dangerous against larger and physically stronger opponents.
