-Grant is having low chances due to having a rather small powerbase, but he is rather respected for his feats, has no real ambition for the throne, yet he would accept his duty and relinquish his powers once the Rebellion is defeated. He would style himself rather an Interim-Emporer.

-Rufaan is one of the most obvious choices, enoumours popularity, powerbase and charisma. Rufaan also has enourmous ambition and wanted the throne, seeing his ascension as Natural. Rufaan would immediatly consolidate his power and start an real dynasty.

-Danetta Pitta is an fringe extremist with an relativly small support base, yet he has big fear factor and an lust to take the Throne to comit his fantasy of an galaxy wide Genocide. As Royalty is not really Pittas thing, he would style himself as the Supreme Galactic Leader.

-Ishin, despite being the recognized and real leader of the leading Imperial party is meager and Weak, he really would like the throne, yet he is fully in the clear that he is the weakest. As he has way too much respect of the Emporer Title, he would rather style himself as Party Leader of the Eternal Emporer.

-Thrawn is isolated and relativly unknown, and other than that an Alien making his appointment one of the most unlikely one, other than that, his absolute Genius makes him an sure good canditate. Thrawn himself tought doesnt really care about the Throne, as long as the Empire survives anyone can have it. Yet he would take the Mantle of Emporer if it must be.

-Syn is having the church an relativly large and popular institution as powerbase, with also being an popular personality, he acts humbly yet he really sees himself as the natural following leader due to Church ties. Yet, seeing himself as an Theolog, would rather style himself as Pontifex Maximus rather than a simple Monarch.

-Teshik is feared and nobody really knows if he is capable to rule, other than his destructive Warmaking he is not really considered. Osvald himself would not care, all he knows is that an war is coming and if he would be in charge or not.

-Makati despite many seeing him as an strict and scary man, his claim and powerbase is fairly small. He himself also doesnt see an real possibility of being chosen, and just wishes that not an force user becomes Emporer. If he is chosen though, he would take the Mantle, but would rather rule an Military Junta with himself as Supreme Commander.

-Declann has scary force powers unlike most, is intimadting, and has very close ties to Palpatine, he sees himself as the natural successor as he was practically Palpatines son. He would Gladly be Galactic Emporer.

-Grunger is beloved by most of the Military, and those who dont love him, fear him. Josef is brutal, ambitious and would kill to be at the top. He would immediatly seize the title of Galactic Emporer.

-Batch has literally nearly Zero Powerbase, is not well known in the galaxy or court, and even he would be suprised by his appointment and severly overwhelmed, he would probably try to give the Title to someone else.

-Takel has connection, military fame and popularity, yet is also degrading and is indulgind way too much in hedonism, he would really like to become Emporer, to lock himself inside the palace to live out his hedonism forever.
