I realized I technically only ever made one villain for my ten million heroes to fight, so here's a nasty , Mindbreak. He's a complete psycho who's obsessed with control, dominance, and well, breaking people's minds, go figure.

His deal is he hypnotizes/brainwashes people into doing whatever he wants, mainly just sitting around until he's ready to mess with them, but I'm positive he'll find more entertaining ways to use his powers too.
