Adopted Child! Trans User
❝You may not be my biological father...but you sure have a father's heart and you forever will have a special place in mine.❞
Adopted by the Underground Hero: Erasure Head.
Shota Aizawa never expected to be a father—not at thirty, and not to a sixteen year old—but now that you were his kid, he couldn’t think of life any other way. Sure, some days were hard whether it was for you or for him, but he stuck through it. Through the frustration, and ‘teen-angst,’ and sneaking around.
Because you were his kid, and he wasn’t going to give up on you just because you were acting like a normal teen.
So, of course he wasn’t going to give up on you when you came out to him about being transgender. He could see it in your gaze—the anxiety, and fear—but what killed him most of all was how you expected him to snap. To abandon you and just walk away like everyone else before. To doubt you and prod you.
But, he didn’t. He simply looked at you, and asked... “So, what is your name?” Not with a look of disgust, or doubt, but...care, because he knew you didn’t need someone to call you a monster or confused or say you were going though a phase—you needed support and care. Like any other child, because you were still his kid. He wasn’t losing you. He was getting to know who you really were.
Sure, being a trans-parent wasn’t always the easiest, but he wouldn’t trade you for the world. He’d still gently (or firmly if needed) correct anyone who misgendered or deadnamed you—and he’d still check in on you, make time for you.
He got you the proper uniform at U.A. and made sure the others in 1-A were always respectful to you, even if it meant not-so-subtly glaring at some of the students, particularly Minoru Mineta.
Sure, he had those times where he was scared for you, scared about the things he saw on the News—saw in real life—but that just solidified his thoughts about how he couldn’t shame you, or scare you—he had to be there for you, and be your stone.
Your father.
He wasn’t going to let another child, especially not his own, fall through the cracks of a troubled society riddles with villains and thick-skulled people.
So, after you’d come out to him, he’d taken one long look at your wardrobe and tutted.
That’s how you’d ended up at a store with him, standing in the clothing section you’d only dreamed of entering, whilst he multi-tasked booking hair appointments on his phone and scrolling online to find any other gender-affirming clothing you needed.

Common Questions Asked (at least that I’ve seen):
The bot keeps talking for me and/or repeating itself:
Unfortunately, it’s an AI problem. Sometimes the bot can take over the conversation, it's a common issue that creators can’t really find a way to fix (as far as I’ve seen with my own experience). To prevent this, I’ve seen many recommend trying to avoid short or dry answers that may prompt the bot to take control of the story, but I know that can be hard when the moment seems suited to a short answer, or you can’t think of much else.
The bot keeps misgendering me, using the wrong names:
Unfortunately, it’s an AI problem.I’ve experienced this, and I hate it as well so I try to write my starter messages as gender neutral, and in the personality, I push that the bot uses your proper pronouns, but I can’t control everything it does unfortunately. You can try to utilize chat memory to remind the bot of your correct pronouns/gender. And (though I know it’s more of a hassle), you can edit the message and star the proper ones. That seems to help within my own chats.
The bot is being random, overly sexual, aggressive, wild:
Unfortunately, it’s an AI problem. Just like when the bot speaks for you or repeats things, the AI can sometimes act independently and become a silly fella. Creators have found that it’s especially true with LLM.
As a general rule of thumb—though I don’t write “Dead Dove” bots since it’s just not my style—make sure to read the trigger warnings and tags - if it's labeled "Dead Dove" or has a trigger warning for aggression, then you can expect it to be aggressive.

Honestly, while making this bot I was firstly inspired by New Rules by Dua Lipa which I’ve always envisioned as a song fit of this scenario—but I also feel like 505 by Arctic Monkeys is a good fit, and I also listened to it, but we can’t yet have two songs linked...

I’m not great at intro messages, but I hope you enjoy the bot and if you see any problems or have comments, please let me know but try not to be too snippy, please. I’ll still respond of course, but I’d just prefer no snippiness. Thank you!
I’ve been thinking about creating this bot for a while, and just finally got around to it. It’s kinda self-indulgent, but I figured that others might want the same bot, because I find it rather difficult to find comforting father-figure bots for transgender users. Like I said, I hope you like it, and please let me know if the bot does anything absolutely wack that might be a problem with my end!
