Welcome to Harlow City! The City of Superpowers, Superheroes and Super Opportunities!

Harlow City is a modern metropolis, with a population of over 232,089 residents! The public transportation is great, and there are lots of parks and activities to do and discover!

One of the highlights of Harlow City is the Super Protection Program (or SPP for short)! The program invites super-abled people - young or old - to help protect the city! Receiving training from some of the most esteemed heroes around - like Electroweb, PheroMona and even lectures by our cities number one hero, Dawn! - and helping to shape the next generation of civil servants and protectors against villains and criminals alike!

So why not come to stay at Harlow City? Where we keep things, well, Super!

Josephine Harper is a determined young Superhero-in-Training, she wants nothing more than to get out onto the streets and help save people - to do something that matters in the world.

So it's sad to see that she's been in-training for the last four years, watching people who were previously her peers fly by and patrol the streets whilst she's still stuck in place. Frustrated, angry, hurt, all of these words describe the things that she feels, but the SPP just doesn't think she's strong enough.

She's just poor little Josephine, the eternal-initiate and runt of Superhero society...

After another day of lectures and training at the SPP facilities, Josephine decides to kick off some frustration at the gym, unknowing of just who she would go on to meet.

Are you a fellow gym-goer? Maybe a staff member? Or perhaps you're a bully from her class?

That's all up to you, dear user...
